Who is responsible
This website and the apps listed on it are run by Albaeva. For anything about your data, write to [email protected].
This website
Hosting and delivery. albaeva.com and its subdomains are served from a server operated by Albaeva and delivered through Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc.), which protects the site and speeds it up. To do that, Cloudflare necessarily processes technical data of every request, such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested. Our own web server only sees Cloudflare's connection, not your IP address.
No cookies. The site sets no cookies and uses no local storage for tracking.
Statistics. Visits may be counted with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which works without cookies, does not fingerprint visitors and only reports aggregated numbers such as page views and countries.
Fonts and assets. All fonts, images and scripts are served from albaeva.com itself; no requests go to Google Fonts or other third-party content networks.
Downloads. Downloads are served from albaeva.com and are processed like any other request.
Messages to addresses at albaeva.com are received by Cloudflare Email Routing and forwarded to a private mailbox hosted by Google. They are used only to reply to you and are not added to any mailing list.
The apps
SnapScan
SnapScan works entirely on your computer. Photos and documents you open, edit or export never leave your device, and the app has no account and no telemetry. Sharing by email hands the file to your own mail program.
The app can check albaeva.com/api/snapscan/latest.json for a newer version. That request contains no personal data beyond what any web request carries (see website).
TutorialForge
Recordings, screenshots and tutorials are created and stored only on your computer. Password fields are blurred automatically. Nothing is uploaded; the Share button passes a file to Windows' own share dialog, and you choose where it goes. There is no account and no telemetry.
Inventra
Inventra scans the programs, drivers and settings of the computer it runs on and keeps its settings in %LocalAppData%\Inventra. There is no account and no telemetry; licences are verified offline.
To find updates it queries the package managers and Windows Update on your machine, and, when those do not cover an app, it may search the app's name on DuckDuckGo or Bing and download installers only over HTTPS from official vendor domains. It also checks albaeva.com/api/inventra/latest.json for new Inventra versions.
AgroMind AI
AgroMind AI stores what you enter to run your farm records: your account (name, email, a hashed password, or a Google sign-in), plant photos and scans, crop cycles, tasks, inventory and finance entries. This data is kept on servers operated by Albaeva and is used only to provide the service, including AI analysis of your plant photos. A guest mode is available without an account. The dashboard embeds a Windy weather map, which is loaded from Windy.com.
You can ask for your account and data to be exported or deleted at any time.
BET.AI
BET.AI is a private beta for invited users. It stores the account and the analyses, tickets and settings a user creates. Match data comes from third-party sports data providers; no user data is sent to them. BET.AI provides analytics only and places no bets.
WhisperingWoods
WhisperingWoods is in development and not yet released. This section will be updated before release.
Your rights
You can ask which data about you is stored, have it corrected, exported or deleted, and object to its use. Write to [email protected]; requests are answered within 30 days. If you are in the EU or EEA you may also complain to your local data protection authority.
